"first f a, I rotate this with the ghost and hydrate shampoo\\conditioner products which I also love. Seems t work well, hair is healthy after using and I can notice the difference. I use it about 1x every few weeks. The hydrate is ok but the applicator breaks, stops pumping and then it is a hassle to use. ai like the ghost oil much better. There is no build up which I love about these products"
